Entrepreneur Ben Pedrazzini joined forces with world-renowned Olympic Gold Medallist and Swim Coach, Laurie Lawrence, to establish dita Solutions.
Along with Steven Whyte, former Nine Network Head of IT, the company quickly progressed with automating business workflows, and has now grown to offer a wide range of solutions to help with business digitally transform their operations.
With over 30 years experience in running successful businesses, Ben is fully committed to providing the highest quality, and most advanced, Compliance Management System to the market.

Steven Whyte is the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of dita Solutions, and has over 25 years’ experience in the Television, Publishing and Internet industries.
He was previously Head of IT for Channel 9 Entertainment Co, which saw him delivering large IT projects, such as the 2006 Melbourne XVIII Commonwealth Games, 2010 Vancouver XXI Olympic Winter Games, and the 2012 London XXX Summer Games.
In his spare time, he loves taking long walks whilst listening to podcasts, and his favourite podcast right now is ‘Masters of Scale’ with Reid Hoffman.

World-renowned Olympic Gold Medallist and Swim Coach, Laurie Lawrence, formed a partnership with Swim Student, and World Wide Swim School Manager, Ben Pedrazzini, and Channel Nine’s Steve Whyte, to establish dita Solutions.
Laurie’s philosophies are the product of more than 50 years of successful swim techniques and coaching achievements. This includes 10 gold, 11 silver, and 12 bronze medals from swimmers he assisted at the Olympic level. As a result, the Australian Olympic Committee make Laurie an integral part of the Australian team at all Olympic Games between 1996 and 2012.

Mark Skinner has worked for dita Solutions since it existed, being one of the founding members. He was originally a technician for Telecom Australia for 18 years and then started his own company, providing telephone, IT, and data services to the Nine Network, & Network and ABC TV and Radio
In his spare time, Mark likes to listen to good music and watch movies with his wife Gabrielle, and they’re slowly working on renovating their home.
He is most looking forward to the completion and release of new dita App. He says these will give dita customers the ability to easily create, manage and maintain their own content.

Michelle Alesana has been part of the dita Solutions Team since September 2019 as the Account Executive. She has enjoyed every second at dita and loves working with the people on the Team as they are all so dedicated to the success of both dita Solutions and our clients.
Michelle has worked in the telecommunications and tech industry for companies such as BlackBerry, Nokia and Microsoft. In her spare time, Michelle loves to cook loads of delicious new dishes and sew with her daughter.

Katie joined dita Solutions at the start of 2021. Her career background, includes Journalism, Sales & Marketing, and Business Development. Katie has loved working at dita Solutions so far and has found the Team to be so friendly, dedicated to their work, and very easy to get along with.
Research, writing, and analytics are Katie’s passions, and these skills are sure to contribute to dita Solutions’ already successful platform.
She has recently moved into her first home with her partner Jonathan, and their two fur kids, Bruce and Gigi, and enjoys walking with them along the waterfront every day. Another favourite pastime of hers is to peruse the local area for great coffee shops and dining spots.

Matthew Gilpin started working for dita Solutions, as a Junior Software Developer, in August of 2019, after finding the company through his connections – and he has enjoyed every minute so far, namely the collaborative environment of the company.
He is currently an Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Student at UQ, and whilst his career is only really gaining speed, he has a great passion for all things electronic and technology.
In his spare time, he is typically working on a coding/electronics project, or playing the odd video game from time to time – did we mention he loves technology?

Starting at dita Solutions in May 2022, Joshua joined the team after being introduced to the company through his network. He's currently studying mechatronics engineering and computer science at UQ where he designs and innovates a wide range of efficient solutions to challenges - from websites to robots! Very cool!
At dita, Josh enjoys the willingness of the team to collaborate to resolve issues as well as having an environment to develop and grow his abilities. He's looking forward to building innovated products and technology in an ever-evolving industry.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys going out with friends - or simply staying at home and watching a good series. He's just finished Stranger Things on Netflix.

Susan Carter joined dita Solution’s partner company WWSS in 2018, having known Laurie and Ben for over 10 years in her role at AUSTSWIM. She started in the aquatics industry as a Swim Teacher whilst at university. She has an expansive career in the aquatics industry.
Susan has 2 teenage boys, who help to keep her active. She enjoys running, swimming, mountain bike riding, camping, getting out in the garden, and cooking. She has a full house of 2 dogs and 9 chickens, and also recently travelled to Tasmania as a pillion on a motorbike.
She loves working with Laurie, Ben, Steve, and the whole team, as they have a great passion for what they do. She says the saying ‘if you choose a job your love, you will never work a day in your life’ is so true.

Vickie has been part of the WWSS Team since February, 2021, as the Customer Service Coordinator. She previously worked as a Swim Teacher for Laurie since 2010. She was also a part of WWSS’s Professional Development Training Hub and has a very passionate attitude to training & development, including personal growth benefits.
Vickie is married with two girls, aged 24 and 18 years old. She has been practicing hot yoga, and Vinyasa yoga, for 11 years, as it helps her to keep a more present and balanced lifestyle, both at work and at home.
